This panel comprises teachers local to our offices in Paddington and from across the UK.

Our education panel ensures that the resources we produce are engaging, high-quality and relevant for primary and secondary school teachers across the UK.

Ian Marshall

Ian is an Educational Consultant following a successful career in teaching that included leading two large secondary schools as Head Teacher. Ian also works as an accredited government School Improvement Partner (SIP) and is a visiting lecturer on the post graduate masters programme at St Mary’s University College in West London.

Victoria Irwin

Victoria has worked in education for 17 years. She's currently the Head of Rolfe’s Nursery School in Notting Hill, London but gained her qualifications in New Zealand. She has a keen interest in Early Year’s education, especially the reception age group. Victoria grew up with a family background in teaching; she says education is in ‘her blood’.

Nancy Bilderbeck

Nancy is the Head of Science at Latymer Prep School in London. In 2004 she was named the AstraZeneca Science Teaching Trust/TES Primary Science Teacher of the Year. She's since become actively involved in promoting primary science education in the UK and abroad. Nancy is also a member of the ASE London, primary and publication committees.

Jane Codling

Jane is an experienced Key Stage 2 teacher who has been teaching for the last seven years at St Mary Abbots Primary School in London. She's currently the Year 6 teacher, ICT coordinator and a member of the Senior Management Team.

Felicity Mayrs

Felicity is SENCo and Gifted & Talented Co-ordinator at Dartford Grammar School in Kent. She's been teaching science and biology for five years and is a mentor for PGCE students. Dartford Grammar is a science specialist school and Felicity and her colleagues have been working to enrich the science curriculum.
