MiH Jeans
MiH Jeans is the original British denim brand.
First established in 1969, it uses only the highest quality
fabrics and the utmost attention to detail to create a
perfect fit and a timeless, modern feel.
At the head of company is Chloe Lonsdale, a woman with denim blue blood.
"My dad, Tony, was known as The Blue Jean King in the '70s. He started out selling old denims on the King's Road in London.
This blossomed into a chain of 'Jean Machine' stores. He met my
mum, Chekkie Maskell, when she modeled designs from a new denim range
called Made in Heaven."
Chloe revived the brand after studying fashion at Central and St Martin's College and training at Nicole Fahri.
MiH and Jeans for Genes
MiH are beginning their support for Jeans for Genes by taking part in the 2010 London Triathlon.
Six members of staff will be taking part in the event on Saturday 7th August. This will be followed by sports days,
dinner parties and jeans raffles, as well as donating 50% of the
profits from their next sample sale.
“Jeans for Genes is a fantastic charity, raising money and awareness of
often very rare disorders that otherwise wouldn’t be noticed. Jeans are also central to their fundraising which is
why they’re such a great fit with MiH."Chloe Lonsdale, founder of MiH Jeans
"We are putting in heaps of hard work because we want to do a great job for Jeans for Genes and the children they support.”
