Refund Policy
Jeans for Genes hopes you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you need to return an item purchased from us, we will provide a refund or exchange providing the item is in a fully resalable condition i.e. unworn and in its original packaging. Refunds or exchanges can only be made if you return the item within 14 days from your receipt of the goods.
If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item/s.

If you are returning an item because of an error on our part, or because it is damaged or defective, we will refund the original postage charge incurred in sending the item to you and provide a freepost address for returning these items.
